Last updated: June 20, 2026

1. Introduction

bisque.tools ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you create an account
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, including API calls and compute usage
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Connected Service Data: When you link a third-party account (such as Google), data we access from that service on your behalf, as described in "Google User Data and Limited Use" below

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send administrative information and updates
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

4. Google User Data and Limited Use

When you connect a Google account to bisque.tools, you authorize access to specific Google data through Google's OAuth consent screen. We request only the scopes required to operate the features you enable:

  • gmail.readonly — to read messages and metadata so the assistant can search, summarize, and answer questions about your mail at your request.
  • gmail.modify — to organize your mailbox on your behalf (apply or remove labels, mark messages read, archive) when you ask it to. This scope does not permit permanent deletion that bypasses Trash.
  • gmail.send — to send or reply to email on your behalf when you explicitly direct it to.

bisque.tools's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (a) we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) it is required to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
  • We do not use your Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

You can review or revoke bisque.tools's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
